Faith-Based Counseling
"For I Will Restore Health to You and Heal Your Wounds"
Jeremiah 30:17
Your faith matters here. If faith is an important part of who you are, it can be integrated into the counseling process in a way that aligns with your values.
This may include integrating a Christian counseling perspective, honoring spirituality as an essential part of holistic well-being, mind, body, and soul. I am currently pursuing certification in Theology of the Body to deepen how I integrate these principles into my personal and professional work.
I also respect those who do not identify any religion or who have experienced religious trauma, and I committed to creating a space that feels safe and free of pressure.
CORE VALUES
BELONGING
Belonging means offering a space where you can show up as you are and feel accepted, safe, and understood.
INTENTIONALITY
Each decision is approached with thoughtfulness, authenticity, and intention, recognizing that small actions often create lasting impact.
CREATIVITY
Growth and change are ongoing, creative processes. By learning from the past, we embrace new ways of thinking, living, and relating that foster healing, confidence, and transformation.
