Group Counseling
Sharing Stories. Creating Connections. Belonging
Being present with another person’s story can be deeply grounding. Hearing others speak about struggles similar to your own remind you that we are not alone. In those moments, respect, connection, and understanding emerge naturally, creating space for healing. As humans, we often heal through meaningful relationships with others.
Group sessions typically include a small number of participants who meet weekly in a welcoming, respectful, and confidential environment. Each session offers space to share, listen, and grow through mutual support. For many people, group work can be just as powerful and sometimes even more impactful than individual counseling.
These groups foster community and belonging, helping individuals grow stronger while bringing together people who understand similar challenges. This shared experience can ease loneliness while encouraging empathy and insight. Although opening up may feel difficult at first, groups often become spaces of trust, safety, and genuine connection. I foster a supportive space where growth can happen naturally.
